This was yet another great read that I can't help but recommend to others.  Piper's book does a great job of summarizing the heart of Calvinism.  The legendary "Calvinism vs Arminianism" debates won't end anytime soon so I believe educating yourself on this realm of discussion is definitely worthy of your time.  I've heard several people even use Calvinism as a derogatory term, ha!  The truth is that, as with anything else, nuggets of Calvinistic information can lead to monumental misunderstandings. 

     Calvinism cannot be summed up in it's entirety with 5 points.  Nevertheless, the 5 points of Calvinism are critically important to understanding the depths of God's amazing grace as taught in Scripture.  No matter if you want to deepen your understanding of these 5 points for growth or refutation (if that's your pleasure), I'd highly recommend this quick, simple 100 page read.
